The Administration building welcomes you at the East Entrance off of Rt. 76. The staff helps with any information our current and potential residents may need or want to know regarding Candlewick Lake Facilities, Services, Amenities, Policies, or Fees including information on moving in, gate passes, inquiries on construction projects, etc.

They also address financial issues such as annual assessments, off-season storage space for recreational equipment, or community garden space rentals to name a few. Free Notary service is also available.

Whatever needs or questions you may have, the staff is here to help you.
